    Scott is a knowledgeable and skilled trainer and Muay Thai coach. His personal training programs are designed to maximize performance by increasing power and endurance. The exercises are specifically chosen to complement and to balance out Muay Thai training. For me, that meant incorporating a variety of back exercises to deal with pain and soreness.

As a coach, Scott is a stickler for clean and proper technique. He will break each technique down into components and work with you until you are familiar with it. He draws from his fight experience by explaining in which situations it should be used and what to avoid.
